For a moment I want you to forget about all the tricks, gimmicks, guru secrets, and shortcuts that you have heard about SEO and generating web site traffic<\/a>. For me personally, I learned about SEO and generating website traffic the difficult way, and what I realized is that the only way to get long term results is to play by the rules.<\/p>\n

If you truly want to beat the search websites and develop a continuing flow of highly targeted traffic each and every day so you can earn automatic cash flow<\/a>, you want to stop trying to compete with the search sites and you want to become pals with them.<\/p>\n

What I mean by this is that you do not need to beat the search engines, you just need to play by their rules and they will reward you in an appropriate way.<\/p>\n

The search website rules are ( one ) adding a lot of valuable and original content, ( two ) exploiting worthwhile keywords which are high in demand and low in competition, ( three ) using your keywords correctly throughout varied internet pages, ( 4 ) and upping your link popularity so that you are convincing in the eyes of the search sites.<\/p>\n

Each one of these things takes time, but I’m going to tell you from experience that any time spent in optimizing and expanding your internet site will generate results that are well worth any effort you put forth. I think of search engine optimisation as an investment of my time.<\/p>\n

Each hour I spend I know will bring back years worth of traffic and profits. Use your time in building keyword centered content pages on your site. Use keywords that have low competition so that they can simply be won, getting you into the top pages of the result.<\/p>\n

Use your keywords wisely through each individual page focusing each page on 1 or 2 main keywords. Use them adequately but avoid spamming your keywords by using them too many times in your content. About once for every 100 or so words should be plenty. The more content and keywords you exploit, the more influence you will have at the engines.<\/p>\n

And to make sure that your pages get listed and ranked well, you’ll want to show your credibility by pushing up your link recognition. If you have money to invest I would recommend purchasing some high quality inbound links from some credible paid directories.<\/p>\n

But if you are like me when I initially began and you do not have any money to invest, I suggest using the free online directories as well as doing some daily article marketing to different article hubs. This will secure many inbound links therefore giving your internet site priority at the engines.<\/p>\n
