HostGator Achieves Growth of 50%
HostGator, the hosting company that grew from a dormitory room of Brent Oxley in Florida n 2003 has risen to unbelievable proportions. HostGator is ranked 21st on the 2008 Inc. 5000 listings and has 200,000 clients worldwide and has grown in large part due to word of mouth publicity.
In a recent interview with Global Industry News, HostGators’ Customer Service Manager, Douglas Hanna announced “The number of customers we have increased by more than 50% over the course of 2009â€. This is another record for HostGator in the year 2010. Tracing the reasons of such huge growth, Douglas remarked that it came majorly from word-of-mouth advertising of satisfied customers who ‘continue to refer us to their friends, family, and co-workers.â€
The Founder CEO Brent Oxley in one of his latest interviews explained at length the reasons behind this phenomenal success, : Our customer service is definitely an important differentiator.
